Public Involvement
Recognizing the extensive history of the Wilmington Bypass project, public involvement is critical to this process. The three primary goals of public involvement are to:
- Educate citizens in and around Clinton County about the project
- Ensure that accurate and timely information is disseminated
- Encourage people to be a part of the process by providing their input
