| What is the Schedule for Construction? |
 | As of January 2007, the schedule is for major work on Phase 1 (from SR 73 south of Airborne Road to US 22/SR 3) to begin in early 2007 with completion in spring 2008. Phase 2 (from US 22/SR 3 to US 68) construction is expected to begin in spring 2008 for completion in fall 2009. Phase 3 construction (from US 68 west to the western terminus at SR 73) is scheduled to start in spring 2009 for completion in fall 2010. |
